This 12-day journey takes you through the heart of Sindh and the deserts of Tharparkar, where history, culture, and community come alive. Visit Sufi shrines in Bhit Shah and Sehwan Sharif, and experience the soul-stirring rhythms of Qawwali music. Travel through Tharparkar’s desert villages, meet local Hindu communities, enjoy home-cooked meals, and participate in traditional dance and craft workshops. Along the way, ride camels across golden dunes, spot wildlife, and stay in carefully selected boutique hotels, heritage lodges, and eco-camps that bring you closer to local life. Arrive at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, and meet your Venus Trails guide. Transfer to your hotel, freshen up, and settle in. Spend the afternoon exploring Mohatta Palace, a beautiful blend of Islamic and Rajput architecture, and Hindu Gymkhana, a symbol of communal harmony. Walk through the Quaid-e-Azam House Museum to learn about Pakistan’s founding history. In the evening, enjoy seafood at Kolachi Restaurant, listening to the waves of the Arabian Sea as a gentle introduction to Karachi.
