Soon Valley Soulscape is a 7-day digital detox and mindfulness retreat designed for those seeking to reconnect with nature, community, and the quiet wisdom within. Each day unfolds through yoga, meditation, forest bathing and reflective practices that nurture balance between body and spirit. You’ll wander through sacred sites, learn ancient wellness traditions, and share mindful moments with local artisans and villagers.

Arrive in Islamabad, Pakistan’s leafy capital where soft rhythms and mountain air welcome you. A Venus Trails guide greets you warmly and transfers you to the hotel. The afternoon is devoted to rest and grounding. In the golden light of sunset, gather for a restorative yoga session on the hotel lawns, easing travel fatigue and centering the breath.
